Excellent stay

I found the rooms to be clean and well decorated. The beds felt very comfortable and I liked the Nespresso machine. Staff was very helpful, they were great. The location is good with a bus stop in front of the hotel.
The communal hallways need repainting and new carpets.

Breakfast included pastries and menu choices. The pub offers food and a good atmosphere for watching sports. I saw many guests take their dinners at the pub also, good cuisine.

The staff deserves a mention, they are very friendly and accommodating. I found the manager to be the most accommodating person. The breakfast service was attentive and timely with our requests, I would say.

The hotel is near Wandsworth Town station with cafes and shops. A big Sainsbury's is right near the hotel and I liked that. A bus in front of the hotel goes to Wimbledon directly, I saw.

charming stay!

i found both the suite and the double room to be wonderfully appointed. the rooms featured an high standard of furnishings, along with great space and lovely features. the large bathroom included a wide selection of toiletries. i also enjoyed the nicely prepared and delicious dinner and breakfast.
i noticed some street noise through the old windows, which did impact the peace a bit, though the location was very convenient for getting around.

the room was clean on arrival it met expectations.
the tv remote was missing i had to request one from reception. it took a long time. also, the water pressure in the shower was practically nonexistent making it hard to rinse shampoo.

A Wonderful Stay

My room had a cozy radio with classic music, a very welcome touch after a long day (it set such a peaceful mood!). The breakfast was good, and I found all the dishes in the dining area to be delicious. I slept so well in the bed, a wonderful experience. I also appreciated the super-friendly and nice staff.
My room had a small stain on the ceiling, but it did not impact my stay significantly.
